Don't worry! The Omax massager is sent in a plain brown carton. . . but under a plain despatch wrapper is the prettiest gift box you've ever seen. There's even a gift-tag inside for those of you giving Omax as a present.
Shipping & Handling: All Parcels are discreetly wrapped in secure packaging with no identification of the contents – as we see it, once you have entrusted us with your personal order its nobody else's business except ours and yours. We do not state "Private & Confidential" on your parcel because some customers felt this drew attention to the contents, but for example, if it is being delivered to your place of work we can do this. If you would like your address to be hand-written i.e. Aunt Jane, Uncle Jack etc. - we will happily do this for you. If it is safe to leave a parcel in your garage or porch etc. then please tell us and we will put this on your parcel to make delivery quicker and save the Postie another call! Our parcels are sent via the Royal Mail or when you request or delivery proof is required Express Delivery, Business Post. Express Delivery parcels may be redirected or refused to a second address after dispatch at your risk or option. Our Courier takes the view that this is another delivery. We reserve the right to charge their administration fee of £17.00 for this.
Overseas Orders: Customs Declarations: Some overseas countries require a Customs Declaration with every parcel. To maintain your privacy we describe our product as a "Consumer Electrical Appliance 110V or 220/240V". A customs declaration is not required for Europe (EU) & the UK.
